Summer: 1st April to 14th October (07:30 AM – 01:30 PM)
Winter: 15th October to 31st March (08:30 AM – 02:15 PM)
The students must be regular to school. Attendance is compulsory on the National Days i.e. 26th January and 15th August and on the opening and closing days of each term of the school. Parents are required to note that their ward must have 75% minimum attendance in Classes to be eligible to appear in Examination.
Leave is granted to the students only when Parents/Guardians send a written application addressed to the Principal. Children with contagious diseases (like Measles, Chicken Pox, Mumps, etc.) should not be sent to school. They will be allowed to rejoin school only after they submit a certificate of cure issued by a certified Physician. No child is permitted to leave the school premises during the school hours without prior permission of the Principal.
The students must abide by the rules and regulations of the school. They must use proper language, wear tidy and prescribed school uniform and maintain decorum in the school campus.
Code of conduct
The students should maintain dignified conduct both in and outside the school. They should respect the principal, members of faculty, parents, visitors and co-operate with the student’s council in every possible way. Use of unparliamentarily language and ill-treatment to the juniors is an offense.
Parents withdrawing their ward during the current term shall not be entitled to any refund of fee. Parents who decide to discontinue the education of their ward from the next term must give due notice in writing to the principal not less than 90 days before the start of the next term failing which a three months fee shall be charged.
Parent Teacher Meeting
The parents must meet the teachers on parent-teacher meeting days. During the hours allowed to them. They must sign the register of their attendance.
School fee will be charged from the 1st of April when the session begins, irrespective of whether the student joins on the date or not. School fee is subjected to 10% upward revision per annum based on the year of admission. Fee once paid is not Refundable/Transferable/Adjustable.
Any disputes or claim of my nature whatsoever will be subject to the Dehradun Jurisdiction court alone.
